Diamond & Emerald, the new design finishes of Isopan panels

The latest innovation from Isopan has the name of the elegant, unbreakable gemstones: DIAMOND and EMERALD are the new aesthetic finishes for metal cladding that can be applied to sandwich panels, giving the building envelope strength and three-dimensionality.

The profiles

As its name suggests, DIAMOND employs a diamond profile. Combining it with special colours can give the pre-painted metal sheet a multi-tone look: the texture surfaces, thanks to the inclination of the square faces, reflect the light, creating a unique and emotional colour effect.

The EMERALD aesthetic finish is characterised by the use of a double, micro-doped and micro-ribbed profile: thanks to the combination of the two different profiles applied to the sandwich panel sheet, it is possible to achieve a multi-tone, three-dimensional visual effect.

DIAMOND and EMERALD are designed to offer an unique pattern that combines a new robust functionality and contemporary aesthetics to the finished product. The result is a three-dimensional, elegant and uniform effect on the surface of the sandwich panels.

The two profiles guarantee durability and the unalterable performance that distinguishes the Isopan brand; in fact, they improve the mechanical stability of the product when subjected to stress from thermal expansion, even when using dark colours.

Colour possibilities

Diamond and Emerald are compatible with the new special Tech Black colour and with the Isopan PREMIUM range of pre-painted coatings, selected by the Isopan R&D Department after stringent durability tests, with minimum strength classes RC4 and RUV4.

Thanks to the moulding process, the aesthetic DIAMOND and EMERALD profiles impart great rigidity to the metal cladding. This increases the mechanical stability of the product when subjected to stress from thermal expansion, and gives the finished product greater functional and aesthetic strength.
