CE marking

Our products bear the CE marking and are therefore compliant with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR 305/2011): sandwich panels according to the harmonized standard EN 14509, and structural corrugated sheets according to the UNI EN 1090-1 standard.

In addition, for the German market

In Germany, the General Building Supervisory Approval (abZ) and the General Construction Approval (aBG) are official certifications issued by the DIBt (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik) to verify the compliance of construction products and systems with national safety and building regulations. The abZ applies to products not fully covered by harmonized European standards, while the aBG covers construction methods that differ from standard practices. These approvals provide essential legal assurance for planners, manufacturers, and builders working within the German market.

FIRE REACTION CERTIFICATION: refers to the reaction of materials to the fire in the actual conditions of final application, with special focus on the degree of participation in the fire. Reaction to fire is a passive fire protection measure that carries out its main effects during the first propagation of the fire with the aim of limiting ignition of materials and propagation of the said fire (standard EN 13501-1)

FIRE RESISTANCE CERTIFICATION: refers to the load-bearing capacity and separating ability in case of fire for structural (e.g. walls, floors) and non-structural (e.g. doors, partitions) separation elements. Fire resistance is a fire protection measure to pursue in order to ensure an adequate level of safety of a building in case of fire (reference standard EN 13501-2.)

B-ROOF CERTIFICATION: represents the specific assessment of external fire exposure to roofs and the fire reaction class of the installed photovoltaic module. The test methods and performance against fire are detailed in UNI CEN/TS 1187. The circular of the Fire Department accepts use of cover packages classified according to regulations such as B-roof (t2), B-roof (t3) and B-roof (t4). Identification of the test method used is indicated by (t1), (t2), (t3), and (t4), where the progressive number does not indicate more or less resistance to fire, but refers to the different test method. Performance is indicated by the letters: B-roof indicates maximum possible classification, whereas F-roof indicates no performance.

Isopan panels reduce the risk of fire spreading on roof coverings, thus making them suitable for installation of photovoltaic panels.

SOUND ABSORPTION CERTIFICATION: represents the sound power portion, which, once it passes through the wall, it will no longer go back to the emitter environment and can take on a unit value as a maximum value. Measurement in a reverberation room of the sound absorption coefficient is carried out according to UNI EN ISO 354, UNI EN 1793-1 and UNI EN 1793-3.
