Isopan presents its first autonomous ESG Report 2025: toward a responsible future for industrial construction
The 2025 ESG Report represents a significant milestone: for the first time, Isopan produces a dedicated ESG document following the recent Joint Venture between Manni Group and Marcegaglia Steel.
In 2025, Isopan recorded aggregate revenue of €433.71 million, 755 employees, 4,492 clients served, and operations in 63 countries worldwide. Operational and environmental performance highlights include: of 34,000 MWh of energy consumed, 31.32% comes from renewable sources; of a total of 219,000 tons of materials purchased, 20% comes from recycled materials; while of 13,000 tons of waste generated, 85.2% was recovered.
The Joint Venture with Marcegaglia Steel marks a key strategic step for Isopan. For the first time, we are presenting an autonomous ESG Report dedicated entirely to the company, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability across the value chain. This document reflects Isopan’s aim to enhance transparency, efficiency, and social and environmental responsibility, leveraging the expertise of our teams and the contribution of partners at every stage of production and commercial processes.
The 2025 ESG Report confirms alignment with the ESRS – European Sustainability Reporting Standards, introduced by the CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, with a dual materiality approach covering environmental, social, and governance impacts, risks, and opportunities.
In 2025, Isopan received an ESG Rating of 74.4 from Cerved Rating Agency, improving from previous years and achieving a “High” rating with an A grade. The evaluation recognizes progress in renewable energy use, materials and waste management, employee well-being and training, governance, and early adoption of ESRS standards.
Isopan strengthens collaboration with international and national organizations, including Green Building Council Italy, ANIT, UNICMI, and the Global Cold Chain Alliance, promoting more sustainable construction practices.
Additionally, the newly structured Isopan Integrated Services division offers comprehensive technical support for design, consultancy, and system implementation, combining industrial expertise and environmental focus to assist designers and clients in delivering high-performance, sustainable solutions.
